HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT

When you contact us with your hiring needs, we will gather all information necessary to recruit only candidates that fulfill each of your requirements. This can be done over the phone or during a meeting in your offices or ours–conducted only with the president of our company–and at a time convenient for you.

We will then take the time to get to know each candidate that possibly qualifies for the position you are staffing. We never conduct a simple interview and then forward you a resume. We obtain comprehensive candidate information and assemble it into our own, one-of-a-kind, personalized presentation package. This may include, but is certainly not limited to: work history, goals, accomplishments, litigations, publications, networking methods and even books of portable business when applicable. You will also receive our personalized notes relating to everything important when considering a candidate.

A submission from us includes all of that candidate’s information in a custom-made package which outlines why that person meets all of your hiring criteria and more. By the time you are ready to conduct a first interview, you can feel confident that this person is someone you can envision working for you.

FEES

Being a personalized service firm, we will never quote a flat-rate fee. We understand that every firm or company is different and every position is unique. If we choose to work together, we will discuss reasonable fees based on the individual firm or company, job criteria, recruiting preferences and budgets. Exclusivity and/or multiple orders always receive our thanks through reduced rates.

We know that, in this economy, we must be competitive and flexible while never compromising quality. Why should you pay a flat-rate fee simply because an industry has demanded it?
